President Kagame has on Sunday appeared riding a bike in Kigali during the bi-monthly city-wide fitness day, dubbed ‘car-free day’.
Speaking at the car-free day evengt, Kagame stressed that the activity should go beyond just physical exercise.
He as well did jogging along with the newly appointed Minister of Sports and Culture Esperance Nyirasafari and the Minister of Health Diane Gashumba.
The head of state particularly urged the event attendees to uphold this culture to not only build themselves, but also the country.
In the recently screened Rwanda Royal Tour documentary where the president is a major character, he was also seen riding a bike.
