Rwandans living in Canada pay medical insurance cards for 947 people in Nyaruguru

Nyaruguru- September 8, 2017; Rwandan Community living in Canada has donated medical insurance cards known as Mituelle de sante to 947 people from Nyaruguru District. Jack Tutuba Director of Rwanda Community living Abroad thanked the Rwanda community living abroad to look back to their motherland with the aim of contributing to the development of the country through different activities they involve in.

Regardless to their small number, the Rwanda community living in Canada fundraised 2.841.000 Rwandan Francs which they reserved for paying medical insurance cards for 947 people from Kibeho Sector Nyaruguru district.

Talking about this wholehearted action Jack Tutuba Director of Rwanda Community living Abroad, who works in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and EAC Affairs has thanked this community for keeping in my mind Paul Kagame’s advice mostly provided in Rwanda days of partnership among Rwandans, in Self-reliance and the development of the country.

Tutuba says:” Mostly,HE Paul Kagame’s massage in Rwanda day, requests Rwandans living Abroad to be part of the development of their country. I thank the Rwandan community living in Canada who are mindful to the  president’s message and contribute this amount of money to help 947 people.”

Joachim Mutezintare , the head of RCA Canada insists that help reason behind is not to make someone close the arms, rather enable him/her to be the future helper.

According to the Director of the Rwandan community living abroad, RCA from different countries started to participate in the development of their countries such as investing, supporting Girinka policy and paying medical insurance cards to the people who are not able to buy for themselves.
